最近流行の｢朝会議」を導入してみろ。
成果が劇的に上がるぞ。
朝6時に出社、資料作成やデータ集めて7時から会議。
みんなしゃっきりしてるから活発な意見が飛び交う。
上司もきついこと言うが、社員も臆せずに上司に物を言う。
9時からは各々がそれぞれの部署での仕事に専念できる。
結果、21時に退社するまで非常に効率のいい仕事ができる。
ちなみに会議は朝以外やらない。
